Welcome to JarOFeu. By browsing our website, acquiring our handmade ceramic pieces, or registering for our studio events and safaris, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Unique Nature of Handmade Pieces
Every piece at JarOFeu is hand-molded from wild Québec clay and individually fired. Small variations in glaze textures, dimensional profiles, or firing marks are natural occurrences and constitute the unique wabi-sabi spirit of our art. By acquiring a piece, you celebrate these beautiful, organic variations.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders are submitted securely via our verified checkout link systems (powered by Square) or direct correspondence. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless specified otherwise.
3. Commissions & Custom Inquiries
Custom commission inquiries are handled on a detailed case-by-case basis through our liaison offices. A non-refundable deposit may be required before design and formulation work begins.
4. Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of artisanal ceramics, all sales of finished pieces are final. In the rare event that an item is damaged during transport, please contact us immediately at contact@jarofeu.com with photographs so we can resolve the issue.
