Each item is wrapped in thick, shock-absorbing protective layers and placed inside certified double-wall corrugated shipping boxes. Over 90% of our packaging materials are biodegradable or recycled, aligning with our local environmental commitments.
2. Processing and Dispatch Times
In-stock collection pieces are inspected by hand, packed, and dispatched from our Montreal liaison points within 3 to 5 business days. For custom firings or bespoke orders, estimated timelines will be shared directly via email during our initial correspondence.
3. Carrier Handling and Tracking
We ship across Canada and internationally using trusted carriers (such as Canada Post, FedEx, or DHL) chosen for their careful handling of fine art packages. All shipments include full tracking numbers and integrated transport insurance.
4. Rates and Import Duties
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package gross weight and destination address. International shipments outside regional zones may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which remain the buyer's responsibility.
