1. Unique Nature of Handmade Pieces

Every JarOFeu piece is individually hand-shaped using wild Quebec clay and fired in distinct batches. Subtle variations in glaze texture, thickness, or firing hues are natural outcomes and embody the unique wabi-sabi spirit of our art. By acquiring a piece, you celebrate these organic, living variations.

Product Display and Staging Visuals. All ceramic pieces offered by JarOFeu are 100% authentic and individually hand-crafted in our studio. To provide inspiring lifestyle previews, select in situ background settings are digitally staged using artificial intelligence tools. The physical product details and dimensions provided in the technical specifications represent the exact physical piece you will receive.

2. Orders and Payment

Transactions are processed securely through our certified checkout links (powered by Square) or direct liaison correspondence. Full payment is required upon order placement. All displayed prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless specified otherwise.

3. Commissions and Custom Work

Custom project requests are handled individually through our liaison offices. A non-refundable deposit may be required before production or raw body formulation begins.

4. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our artisanal creations, all finalized ceramic sales are final. In the rare event that a piece suffers transit damage, contact us immediately at contact@jarofeu.com with photographs so we can resolve the situation.
