2. Processing & Curation Times
In-stock pieces from active collections are processed, manually inspected, and dispatched from our Montréal liaison node within 3–5 business days. For custom firings or commissions, shipping timelines will be detailed during your direct query correspondence.
3. Carrier Methods & Tracking
We ship nationwide inside Canada and internationally via premium courier services (such as Canada Post, FedEx, or DHL) to guarantee careful handling. All shipments include a secure tracking code and complete transit insurance to safeguard your purchase.
